1. Production site management:

2. Production procedure management:
According to the requirements of the regulations and the company's system, combined with the actual production, prepare the quality procedure documents of the production process and the internal control quality indicators of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Use the data analysis management procedure to master the quality fluctuation law, continuously improve the predictability and prevention ability, and take corrective measures in time to ensure that the whole production process is under control. According to the requirements of the quality and food safety management manual, revise various management systems and procedure documents, improve the post operation instructions and instrument operation process, and ensure the effective operation of the quality management system.
3. Inspection equipment management:
Instruments and equipment meeting the requirements of food quality inspection and production control shall be configured according to the management procedure for monitoring and measuring equipment. Define the responsible department, prepare the annual periodic verification plan according to the verification cycle, and implement it according to the provisions of metrological verification regulations issued by the state and departments to ensure the correct transmission of quantity values. The company formulates the company's annual training plan according to the production and operation plan and the training needs of various departments, and the ability and performance assessment of management cadres, technicians and general employees is conducted once a month. The basic training for new employees is led and organized by the human resources department, including the company's development history, rules and regulations, code of conduct, cultural concept, etc; Each department shall be responsible for the technical training for post transfer and new employees, and the content shall be determined by the department according to the post skill requirements, including the training of food safety law, SSOP, HACCP, ISO9000, ISO22000 and other standards. For special types of work specified by the state, they must hold a valid post operation certificate issued by the labor department; Employees who are dispatched for training or receive relevant training must sign a training contract with the company. After the training, all personnel participating in the training shall evaluate the training effect. The evaluation methods include examination, questionnaire, case analysis, improvement, plan, summary report, conversation and on-site observation. For the training that fails to achieve the expected effect, corresponding remedial measures shall be taken.
